What we collect

When you sign up for MyHermes, we collect: your email address (via Clerk), payment details (processed by Dodo Payments — we never see card numbers), and the data your Hermes agent generates while running on your dedicated container.

How we use it

Your email is used for account access and transactional notifications. Agent data lives on your dedicated container — we don't read or analyze its contents. We use aggregated, anonymized usage metrics to improve the service.

Bring-your-own-key

You provide your own LLM API key (OpenAI, Anthropic, OpenRouter, etc.). It is encrypted at rest on your container's volume and used only by your Hermes agent. We never log or transmit it elsewhere.

Data export and deletion

You can export your container's data at any time via the dashboard. When you cancel, your container and all its data are destroyed within 7 days. Backups are deleted on the same schedule.

Subprocessors

We use Clerk (auth), Dodo Payments (billing), Convex (control plane database), Fly.io / Modal (compute), Resend (email), and Vercel (hosting). Each is bound by their own privacy commitments.
