The agreement

By signing up for MyHermes, you agree to these terms. We may update them; we will notify active subscribers by email when material changes happen.

What you get

A dedicated container running the Hermes agent, connected to your Telegram bot, with persistent storage. Resources match your subscription tier. You bring your own LLM API key.

Acceptable use

Don't use MyHermes for: illegal activity, harassment, generating CSAM or non-consensual sexual content, spam, mass scraping, or anything that violates the underlying LLM provider's terms. We may suspend accounts violating these rules without refund.

Billing and cancellation

Subscriptions are billed monthly via Dodo Payments in INR or USD. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard — your container stays online until the end of the paid period, then is destroyed. We don't issue partial refunds for unused time, except where required by law.

Service availability

We're in early access — everything is best-effort today. We don't currently offer an uptime SLA on standard plans. Enterprise customers can request a signed SLA.

Liability

MyHermes is provided "as is." Our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We're not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
